Carlo uses his technical understanding of line as an architect to give shape to his work then infuses these bright imaginary landscapes and bold color abstractions with strong personal emotion. His works balance disparate qualities: engagement and shifting perspectives, movement and stillness, alienation and joy. Carlo has been a resident artist at Belcher Studios for over four years.
