Chris Wiedmann's mixed media figurative works use pop imagery, abstract impressions and an advertising influenced design aesthetic to create an active and aggressive interaction with the viewer to convey concepts of average in everyday life (love, truth, friendship, cost). His work was included in the Bayennale Bay Area International Arts Festival and he was the recipient of a San Francisco Arts Commission Cultural Equity Grant.
